i found two women at the front desk so helpful ! they assisted with everything from satsumas to special teas. lighter duvets were also arranged for me.
i experienced an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival. however, the staff immediately moved me to a new room. i appreciated their quick action.

The hotel's location really impressed me because it sits right next to the lake and the opera house. Parking was available in the courtyard, made things easy. My room was very clean and modern, I thought. The bed offered great comfort.
My room felt quite small. I was expecting something more for the price. The view faced directly toward some offices, disappointing. There was very little information given upon my arrival, I noted.
